Friday Night Magic
FNM 411:
6:30 p.m. Fridays, Free
Standard, Type 2, Constructed, Sanctioned Tournament. Decks must contain at least 60 cards. A 15-card sideboard is optional.
Players are paired up Swiss-style and play head-to-head for 50-minute rounds.
8-10 players: 3 rounds
11-16 players: 4 rounds
17-24 players: 5 rounds
FNM events have significantly less impact on players' ratings than most tournaments;
prize cards are available to participants in other ways than just to the winners; and
for rules enforcement, the emphasis is on teaching players the correct ways to play.
To make it easier to participate, Friday Night Magic events may only be Standard Constructed, Sealed Deck or Booster Draft.
Keeping these formats makes it easier for new players to participate.
Friday Night Magic Rules:
1st and 2nd place receive one prize card each.
Door prize – The tournament organizer will randomly award the remaining two prize cards to two players that did not place first or second.
All Friday Night Magic events must have at least 8 players participate for it to take place, and for prize cards to be awarded.
FNM events are all 8k tournaments, and have a Rules Enforcement Level (REL) of 1.
Standard Format Deck Construction
Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards.
There is no maximum deck size; however, you must be able to shuffle your deck with no assistance.
If a player wishes to use a sideboard, it must contain exactly fifteen cards.
With the exception of basic land cards, a player’s combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than four of any individual card,
counted by its English card title equivalent. All cards named Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest are basic.
The following card sets are permitted in Standard tournaments:
Tenth Edition
Coldsnap
Time Spiral
Planar Chaos
Future Sight
Lorwyn
Morningtide
Shadowmoor
Eventide
Shards of Alara (Effective Oct. 3)
There are currently no banned cards in Standard tournaments.

Tuesday Night Draft
Draft Downlow:
6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, $12
Standard, Type 2, Draft, Sanctioned Tournament.
Open 3 packs, pass the cards around, select the best and build a 40-card deck.
Play against your pod mates in 50-minute rounds.
Prizes: The cards you open and select; Store credit (varies with the number of players)
Limited Format Deck Construction
Main decks must contain a minimum of forty cards. There is no maximum deck size.
All cards a player received but is not using in his or her main deck become that player’s sideboard.
Players are not restricted to four of any one card in Limited tournament play.
Sideboard Use
Any drafted or opened cards not used in a player’s Limited deck function as his or her sideboard. Players may not look at their sideboards during a game.
Before the beginning of the second or subsequent game in a match, players may change the composition of their decks by exchanging cards from their decks for cards in their sideboards. Players can also request additional basic land at this time. There are no restrictions on the number of cards a player may exchange this way as long as the main deck contains at least forty cards. Cards do not need to be exchanged on a one-for-one basis. The deck must be returned to its original composition before the first game of each match.
We also host Extended, Legacy and Two-Headed Giant Tournaments regularly.
